Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Barista & Pastry Artisan with 5+ years of experience to join our hotel team in Al-Baha. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing specialty coffee, fresh pastries, premium desserts, and high-end breakfast items in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee & Beverages: Craft premium espresso and filter coffee (V60/Chemex), master Latte Art, and perform daily grinder calibration to ensure consistent quality.

Pastry & Breakfast: Bake daily fresh artisan pastries (croissants, danishes, etc.) and prepare sophisticated breakfast plates for the hotel buffet and à la carte menu.

Quality & Safety: Maintain strict food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards, alongside efficient inventory management to minimize waste.

Local Touch: Creatively incorporate Al-Baha’s local ingredients (such as premium honey and seasonal fruits) into modern menu offerings.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in 4/5-star hotels or high-end specialty cafes/bakeries.

Certified in Barista skills (SCA) or Pastry/Culinary Arts.

Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English) with the ability to thrive under pressure during peak morning hours
