We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to strengthen our financial operations in Saudi Arabia and support strategic business growth.

Job Summary
The Senior Finance Executive will oversee financial operations, regulatory compliance, strategic budgeting, and profitability analysis for our KSA operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in equipment rental, heavy machinery, or construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and KSA financial regulations
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and closing
• Oversee rental revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting
• Monitor depreciation and capitalization of heavy equipment assets
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Analyze financial variances and operational performance
• Develop financial models for fleet expansion and capital investments
• Support management with strategic financial recommendations
Accounts Receivable & Payable:
• Supervise invoicing for rental contracts and services
• Monitor collections, credit control, and aging reports
• Oversee vendor payments and cash flow management
• Improve working capital efficiency
Cost Control & Profitability:
• Track maintenance, fuel, logistics, and manpower costs
• Analyze profitability by project, customer, and fleet category
• Recommend operational cost optimization strategies
Compliance & Treasury:
• Ensure full compliance with VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing regulations
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls
• Manage banking relationships, guarantees, and financing support
• Monitor liquidity and treasury performance
Leadership:
• Supervise finance team operations
• Improve ERP and reporting systems
• Drive automation and process efficiency
• Support organizational financial governance
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–8+ years of finance experience as a senior position
• Experience in:
o Equipment Rental
o Construction
o Heavy Machinery
o Asset-intensive industries
• Strong IFRS and KSA VAT knowledge
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems expertise
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
Preferred:
• CPA / ACCA / CMA certification
• GCC or KSA market experience
• Arabic language skills
• Knowledge of fleet management and rental pricing models
