The plant and styling expert behind every residential garden we create. Ensure every home garden is healthy, beautiful, and styled to match the client's lifestyle and space.

Package Salary:
• Basic salary BD 450, house allowance BD 50, transportation provided
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Core Responsibilities

• Plant Curation & Sourcing: Select and source ornamental plants, flowers, and greenery tailored to each home's conditions and design vision.
• Garden Styling: Style plant arrangements, planters, and green features to elevate home aesthetics and match client taste.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate sunlight, space, and microclimate of residential properties to recommend the right plant palette.
• Plant Care Systems: Define watering, feeding, and maintenance routines; build simple seasonal care guides for clients and outsourced teams.
• Project Execution: Direct outsourced labor on proper planting, placement, and finishing to protect plant health and design quality.
• Client Guidance: Advise homeowners on plant care, seasonal changes, and styling updates to keep their garden looking its best.
Key Deliverables at Startup
• Curated plant supplier list and pricing matrix for all service tiers
• Home garden styling guidelines and seasonal plant calendar
• Simple care manuals for clients and outsourced maintenance crews

Required Profile:

• 5+ years in ornamental horticulture, residential garden design, or plant styling
• Strong eye for home décor aesthetics and spatial styling
• Deep knowledge of plants suited to arid / GCC climates
• Hands-on leader who can guide laborers and troubleshoot plant issues on-site
• Self-directed; comfortable building systems from scratch with minimal oversight
