Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and lead the HR function, focusing on talent acquisition, payroll management, employee engagement, and HR systems.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and HR technology, with a strong understanding of Bahrain’s labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training.
• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely disbursements.
• Design, implement, and optimize HR systems (HRMS) to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Bahrain’s labor laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive work culture.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership and management teams.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and grievances.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure HR systems meet organizational needs and scale with growth.
• Develop and execute employee development programs to support career growth.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Extensive knowledge of Bahrain’s labor laws, payroll, and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead HR strategy, systems implementation, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
