Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in aluminium extrusion and fabrication, with a proven track record of securing projects such as villas and multi-storey buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and aluminium fabrication sector
Generate outdoor sales by securing projects (villas, residential, and commercial buildings)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Understand project requirements, drawings, and specifications
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Maintain a strong customer base and ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in outdoor sales within aluminium fabrication or a related industry
Strong knowledge of aluminium extrusion systems and fabrication processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Established network within the construction industry in Bahrain
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Valid driving license in Bahrain
