We are a leading civil engineering and construction company in Bahrain, engaged in major infrastructure and building projects, seeking a Senior Purchase Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely material deliveries to project sites.

Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with the project, engineering, and finance teams to meet project timelines and cost targets.

Monitor supplier performance and develop long-term vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement within a civil construction environment (infrastructure/building).

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of local and international suppliers in construction materials is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Must be currently available in Bahrain (preferred).

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
