Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Shawarma Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Expertise in preparing both chicken and beef shawarma.
In-depth knowledge of Turkish and Middle Eastern spices, marinades, and traditional cooking methods.
Strong knife skills and proficiency in slicing and preparing shawarma.
Commitment to cleanliness, food quality, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
