Role Summary

The Shift Supervisor/Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities during an assigned shift, ensuring operational efficiency, team productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards within the Jeddah Bonded Zone facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse team members during assigned shift.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain shift logs, operational reports, and KPI tracking.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with bonded zone customs regulations and SOPs.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards on the floor.
• Train, mentor, and support new warehouse staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in bonded zones or free zones is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment (2 shifts).
• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
