Description
A well-known and established company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead its household items and furniture showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
Manage product displays, stock, and inventory
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
Requirements:
Proven experience in Bahrain or GCC countries (household/furniture sector preferred)
Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
Ability to drive performance and meet targets
