Description
Hiring an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, technicians, and workers.
Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work quality.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
Check materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.
Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain daily site reports and records.
Identify problems on-site and assist in resolving them efficiently.
