Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Accounts Manager Preferable Arabic Speaker to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement within Arabic-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our Arabic-language social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Monitor social trends and conversations to ensure timely and relevant content.
Respond to comments and messages in a professional, brand-aligned tone.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with influencers, partners, and external collaborators to amplify brand presence.
Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in both Arabic and English social media landscapes.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – must be able to create native-level Arabic content.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to digital platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in paid social campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role targeting GCC or MENA region audiences.
Understanding of cultural nuances and online behavior in Arabic-speaking regions.
