Job Purpose:

To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (posts, videos, campaigns) across all platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure consistent branding.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Engage with audience, respond to inquiries, and maintain brand reputation.
Generate leads through digital campaigns and landing pages.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
