Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our restaurant team.
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in the same role
Preferred Nationality: Filipino
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage inventory and control food costs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
