we are seeking a well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to be the face of our wellness center. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings, and assisting guests with their spa needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome.

Manage spa appointment bookings and schedules.

Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Promote spa services, treatments, and products.

Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operation.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

Handle guest feedback, queries, and resolve minor complaints.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per operational requirements).

Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.

Familiar with booking systems and basic computer skills.
