Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient storage and distribution of materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and store management procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Issue materials and supplies against approved requests.

Organize and store items systematically for easy retrieval.

Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store area.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as required.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
