Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager for our hardware store outlet at makkah, The ideal candidate should have some background in hardware sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies

Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations

Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in hardware/building materials retail

Knowledge of hardware products and sales techniques

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management

Good communication skills (Arabic and English preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management

Experience in the Saudi market

Good communication skills in Arabic/English is a must
