Description

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
Sales Management: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
Customer Service: Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, maintaining merchandise displays, and conducting regular stock takes.
Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance and promote products effectively.
Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the store, controlling expenses and optimizing operations to maximize profitability.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is compliant with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, employee performance, and inventory management for upper management.
