We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store activities and ensure efficient operations.

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.

Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and stock counts.

Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.

Implement store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
