Receiving supplies: Receiving supplies and checking that they match the delivery note or invoice
Maintaining inventory: Keeping an up-to-date inventory of food and beverage supplies
Issuing supplies: Issuing supplies to the relevant departments
Cleaning: Keeping the storerooms clean and sanitary, and cleaning and sanitizing the fridge, freezers, and dry goods store
Temperature control: Monitoring the temperature of the storerooms and ensuring they comply with company rules
Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that all equipment is working properly, and reporting any technical issues to the food and beverage manager
