Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader with previous experience working at Amazon to manage and supervise delivery drivers across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, covering Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to recruit, manage, and monitor delivery drivers to ensure smooth daily operations and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise Amazon delivery drivers across the assigned areas.
Recruit and onboard qualified delivery drivers.
Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, and daily operations.
Follow up with drivers to ensure delivery targets and operational requirements are met.
Coordinate daily delivery activities and resolve operational issues.
Maintain effective communication with drivers and management.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Team Leader at Amazon is mandatory.
Previous experience in Amazon warehouses and delivery operations.
Proven ability to recruit, manage, and supervise delivery drivers.
Valid and transferable Saudi residency (Iqama).
Willingness to transfer sponsorship (Kafala).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage operations across Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.
