We are seeking a Technical Field Adviser to support the operation and maintenance of installed steam turbines and centrifugal compressors.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance during
field service activities and assist in responding to equipment abnormalities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

・ More than seven years of practical experience in the operation, maintenance, inspection, or field service of rotating equipment.
・ Practical experience in the maintenance of turbines and compressors: Experiences with Mitsubishi-manufactured equipment is preferred.
・ Technical knowledge of steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, or related equipment.
・ Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, inspection results, and operating data.
・ Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
・ Willingness to visit customer sites and work with personnel from different technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

・ Provide technical guidance to site personnel on the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of steam turbines and centrifugal compressors.
・ Support the initial assessment of unexpected equipment abnormalities and assist in identifying possible causes and appropriate next steps.
・ Review operating data, inspection findings, and maintenance records to support technical evaluations.
・ Coordinate with customers, field service personnel, and relevant technical teams to ensure clear communication of findings and recommendations.
・ Prepare or contribute to technical reports, service records, and follow-up action lists.
・ Follow applicable site safety requirements and company procedures during field activities.
