Description
We are hiring an experienced Ticketing & Visa Consultant to join our professional team in Bahrain.
Requirements & Skills:
• Must have hands-on experience with Sabre system and direct airline portals.
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, ticket issuance, reissue, and refunds.
• Experience in visa consultation and travel documentation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Young, energetic, and motivated individuals preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle visa processing for various countries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide air ticketing services using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Promote travel packages and services to potential clients through sales and marketing activities.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, visa documentation, and itineraries.
• Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with airline schedules, travel regulations, and visa rules.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy, visa processing, or airline ticketing.
• Strong sales and marketing background within the travel or tourism industry.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Any nationality is welcome — must be currently based in Bahrain.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
