We are looking for a professional, experienced, and dynamic Training Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Training Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of staff training and development programs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

Experience in customer service, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Ability to assess employee performance and identify training needs.

Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for restaurant employees.

Conduct onboarding and orientation for new staff.

Train employees on service standards, SOPs, and company policies.

Ensure consistent food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.

Conduct regular assessments and refresher training.

Support management in improving operational performance and customer satisfaction.
