A leading land freight transport and freight brokerage company is looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the daily dispatch plan — assign trucks to loads and follow shipments through to delivery
Supervise the fleet, monitor driver performance and on-time delivery
Own the preventive and scheduled maintenance programme, manage external workshops and control maintenance costs
Handle breakdowns, accidents and customer site issues, and make timely operational decisions
Monitor fuel consumption and keep vehicle documentation current
Report weekly to management on operations, maintenance and performance indicators

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration or mechanical engineering — equivalent practical experience considered
3–5 years' experience in land freight transport within Saudi Arabia, supervisory experience preferred
Full working knowledge of Saudi transport regulations and documentation (Bayan, Wasel, operating card, Transport General Authority)
Practical background in truck and trailer maintenance and preventive maintenance planning
Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure
Proficient in Excel and transport management/reporting systems
Fluent Arabic; English an advantage
Valid driving licence
