Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily sales and travel booking operations
• Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations for clients
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Guide clients through travel options and recommend suitable solutions
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth transactions
