A leading company is hiring friendly and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent service to guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating when required.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle customer requests and coordinate with the kitchen when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Process customer bills and payments when required.
Handle customer concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Support the restaurant team during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous waiter/waitress or hospitality experience is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage.
