Dubai’s hospitality sector offers an opportunity for a friendly, service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to assist guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and table arrangements.
Present menus and provide basic information about food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on guests during meals and respond to additional requests.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure accurate order delivery.
Prepare and maintain tables before, during, and after service.
Clear used plates, glasses, and other items efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of assigned dining areas.
Handle guest questions and service concerns politely.
Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
Inform supervisors about special requests, complaints, or service issues.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
Work cooperatively with the restaurant team during busy service periods.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, or similar role is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good English communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, polite, and professional manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
Good teamwork and communication abilities.
Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage.
