Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of our cafe and play a key role in creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Process payments accurately and return change or receipts
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

- Can join immediately.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good time-management and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
