We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and experienced female waitress to join our food and beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve orders promptly and professionally
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Process payments and provide accurate change
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills
Fluency in [ e.g., English/Arabic]
