Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring a high standard of presentation.

Offer menu recommendations and answer any questions about food or beverages.

Ensure tables are set up properly before service and cleared promptly after guests leave.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Process bills and handle payments efficiently.

Assist in restocking supplies and keeping the dining area well-maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

A team player who is reliable and willing to learn.

Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling customer service interactions.
