A leading construction company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire a highly qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join its team, supporting large-scale, complex construction projects in a dynamic and high-demand operational environment.

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across project locations.
Develop and enforce strict receiving and issuing procedures in line with internal control standards.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability, including minimum/maximum thresholds.

Conduct regular and annual stock counts, investigate variances, and provide root cause analysis.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Planning, and Project teams to ensure material readiness and supply continuity.

Ensure strict compliance with governance policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Prepare detailed operational reports, including KPIs and inventory performance analysis.

Enforce health, safety, and quality standards across all warehouse activities.
