We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse In-Charge/ Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations and ensure proper control, storage, inspection, dispatch, and backload of Oil & Gas rental equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and backload activities.
* Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records.
* Ensure proper identification, tagging, segregation, and preservation of materials.
* Coordinate with Operations, QHSE, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.
* Monitor loading/unloading and ensure safe handling of equipment.
* Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and organization.
* Control damaged, rejected, scrap, and non-conforming materials.
* Maintain delivery notes, backload records, inspection records, and inventory documentation.
* Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work activities.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Equipment Rental.
* Experience handling Oil & Gas equipment, valves, pipework, crossovers, tools, and related materials.
* Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse control.
* Basic understanding of QHSE requirements.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
* Candidates available in **Dammam / Eastern Province preferred.
* **Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status preferred.
