Urgent requirement for the position of Warehouse Supervisor/Material Controller for Abqaiq Site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have transferable Iqama.
. Nationality shall be Pakistan, Bangladesh, Filippino & Nepal (Indians are not possible to transfer
to our company)
. Education : Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
or related field preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Ensure all shipments are received, inspected, and recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and quality teams to address material discrepancies.
• Oversee system processing of received materials and proper labeling.
• Ensure materials are stored in designated locations for optimal inventory management.
Inventory Control & Material Coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock audits.
• Ensure all materials are issued as per project and operational needs.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory when necessary.
• Ensure all project shipments are stored correctly and released upon request.
Safety & Compliance
• Enforce compliance with company policies and warehouse safety regulations.
