Description
To lead and coordinate day-to-day operations in the frozen warehouse (-18?C) ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory, timely order preparation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or cold storage facility, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory software.
Ability to work in freezing conditions for extended periods.
Familiar with food safety and cold chain requirements.
