Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 21 to 39 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in science or Pharma
Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Required Experience:

• Warehouse Team Leaders: 5–10 years in warehouse operations (3PL in pharmaceutical sectors)
• Storekeepers & VNA Operators: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar sectors

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Inbound, Order Picking, and Outbound Processes
• Hands-on experience with Inventory Management & Distribution
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties efficiently
• Professional, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
