Hamasha Motors is expanding! We are looking for a high-caliber Workshop Controller & Chief Diagnostic Technician to lead our technical operations in Bahrain. We need a technical powerhouse who can manage everything from luxury SUVs to 10-ton trucks with absolute precision.

The Role:
You will be the "Technical Brain" of our facility, overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Bodywork (Accident Repair/Painting), and Detailing. You will diagnose complex faults and manage the workflow for a diverse fleet, including Asian, European, and American brands, as well as 3 to 10-ton trucks and buses.

What We Are Looking For:

Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Bahrain with a valid transferable visa and ready to join immediately.

Experience: 5-8 years of deep-rooted experience in diagnosing and repairing light vehicles (Sedans/SUVs) and medium-duty trucks (6-Wheel/Buses).

Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in computerized diagnostic tools and mastery of Mechanical, Electrical, and AC systems.

Leadership: A strong personality to manage multicultural teams, optimize job distribution, and ensure zero "return-to-shop" through strict Quality Control.

License: Must possess a valid Bahraini Driving License to conduct professional Test Drives.

Operations: Expert in estimating repair costs and drafting detailed technical reports.
