Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations and carpentry staff
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Manage materials, tools, and equipment
Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop employees
Coordinate with project managers and clients when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry or joinery
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good organizational and communication skills
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards
