We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee fleet management, including expansion and optimization
- Analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Monitor and improve driver performance, attendance, and order acceptance
- Ensure timely shifts and attendance for all riders
- Liaise with Relationship Executives for Talabat requests
- Manage documentation for new joiners and prepare IDs
- Generate and analyze company MIS reports
- Support business growth and expansion
- ⁠Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Timely Submission of Details by meeting deadlines for submitting required details whenever requested
- Ensure prompt and accurate response to queries and requests
- Maintain open communication to avoid delays and ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in Microsoft and presentations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
