Description
We are seeking an experienced Stores Executive to join our team.
Experience:
• 3-5 years
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Store Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and manage store inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
Financial Management:
• Manage the store budget and control expenses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising store standards or customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers.
• Minimize stock losses through effective inventory control measures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
