A leading retail company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.

Location: Bahrain

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar HR role within the retail sector in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

. Manage visa processing, labor approvals, and renewals

. Ensure full compliance with LMRA, Sijilat, and Ministry of Labour (MOL) regulations

. Maintain HR records and support payroll and performance management functions

Requirements:

. Proven HR experience in the retail industry (minimum 3 years in Bahrain)

. Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, LMRA, Sijilat, and MOL systems

. Excellent communication and organizational skills

. Arabic language skills are an added advantage

. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workforce
