Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive who is locally available and ready for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest/client inquiries, and providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Maintain visitor records and office documentation
Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiners preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an advantage
