Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant who excels at multitasking and possesses strong communication and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and providing support to our real estate team.

Key responsibilities include preparing lease agreements, maintaining and preparing various reports, and organizing and managing company records, such as electricity bills, chiller bills, and other essential documents.

Additionally, the Admin Assistant will handle incoming calls and emails, direct them to the appropriate personnel, maintain and update the filing system, and liaise with vendors and service providers.

The successful candidate should be thorough, accurate, and trustworthy, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

They should be highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask, and possess strong attention to detail.

The candidate should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor, and managing confidential information with discretion.
