Description
The Administrative Employee is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow within the office. The role involves handling documents, data entry, file organization, and supporting daily office functions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize internal and external correspondence, reports, and documents.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management, such as tracking vacations, training coordination, and general office support.
Requirements :
Saudi or Filipino nationality
Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A diploma or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
