AFCO is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets within our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing restaurant operations and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets
Ensure operational standards, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage and supervise outlet managers and staff
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in QSR or F&B industry
Experience managing multiple outlets or restaurant operations
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence
