We are seeking an experienced Associate Public Relations Representative with a strong background in strategic communications to support corporate communication initiatives within a dynamic and global environment.

Minimum Job Requirements

8–12 years of experience in strategic communications, either in-house or within a consultancy.

Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is preferred.

Technology background and regional experience are desirable.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications.

Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications or related disciplines are considered an advantage.

Selection Criteria

Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel corporate communication strategies within a global organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.

Ability to engage with senior leaders and executives with professionalism, credibility, and diplomacy.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain communication strategies, activation plans, and KPIs.

Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear and compelling communication messages for stakeholders.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is not mandatory but considered an advantage.

Work Experience: Strategic communications (in-house or consultancy), preferably within Oil & Gas, Energy, or technology sectors.

Preferred Certificate: Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications.

Preferred Skills: Communications Strategy.
