Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Coordinator to join our team in Yanbu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations and client follow-ups
• Actively market company services and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles and equipment efficiently
• Follow up on maintenance schedules, inspections, and operational readiness
• Supervise drivers and monitor attendance and performance
• Manage company assets, petty cash, and operational accounts
• Handle site coordination and field operations as required
• Ensure proper use and care of company properties

Requirements:

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer use, email, and general office tasks
• Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and local market operations
• Valid driving license
• Transferable Iqama
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
