Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated, results-driven, and detail-oriented Sales and Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The Sales and Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving company revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
8–10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
Arabic speaking is mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
