Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team.

Location - Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Present service portfolio to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in manpower services, HR outsourcing, recruitment, PRO/GRO services, business
setup, or corporate services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid Iqama and transferable are a must.
