About the Role:

We are seeking a warm, caring, and committed Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities

Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Maintain open communication with parents and staff

Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children

Assist with classroom management and daily routines

Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Degree (mandatory)

3–5 years of experience in a nursery, preschool, or early learning center

Strong communication skills in English

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
