We are looking for a responsible and organized Garage & Store Officer to manage our garage workshop and spare parts store.

The ideal candidate will oversee workshop administration, inventory control, vehicle records, and coordinate with the fleet and purchasing teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vehicle job cards and records in ODOO ERP
Control spare parts inventory and store operations
Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts and workshop materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Coordinate with purchasing, workshop, and fleet teams
Prepare inventory reports and support cost control
Ensure proper storage of tools, oils, batteries, and other materials

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in garage, workshop, fleet, or store operations
Experience with ODOO ERP or similar inventory systems
Good knowledge of spare parts and workshop operations
Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
